Dear Fellow Members,
Welcome to our official PGWPKL website that’s being launched today and we are utterly delighted to have our own Association’s website developed and designed by our very own committee member – Mr Ti Deng Jay, and I have to mention too that it is done with much professionalism and commitment. We are truly blessed to have him on-board.
Our website is prepared to cater to the needs of all our members and associates in terms of clear and specific communication and essential information, current, past and perhaps future plans of the Association.
The real purpose therefore will be to get visitors, especially those who do not know about us and our activities, and seek relevant information so that a communication can be established and a mutually beneficial relationship can transpire. Ultimately, at the same time assisting our very own members to obtain current updates and events on the running of the Association.
We are also glad to announce that with the COVID-19 challenges faced and the Association’s inactivity from mid-March 2020 till now, the Association will extend the membership fees for those who have paid in 2020 to 2021. We have planned for activities in 2021 and all members are invited to visit this website to check out our 2021 calendar (full activities shall be released latest by end-January). We also look forward to members to be mindful about renewing membership at the beginning of every year.
Finally, as the acting President for 2021, I wish to thank all our other members who’ve contributed to the contents of the website, as it is no easy task. This is only the beginning and we wish to make sure that our website will remain active and relevant.
Taking this opportunity too to wish everyone a Happy 2021 and despite the current COVID-19 threat, we hope to rise and combat successfully against this menace, thus looking forward to a more regular and predictable way of life for all of us.
